Letter to the Editor of Diario 20 Minutes and his response:
A service that leaves much to be desired
LM 13/01/2009
I'm a daily user of the line-Castellbisbal Cercanías Renfe Sants. On 9 January, the service was not working for one coil at Cornell. I came to work one hour and fifteen minutes later.
In addition to paying my ticket, I had to pay a ticket from one area to catch the bus because it links the station with the people Castellbisbal had spent over an hour and a half since endorsed it.
In the afternoon, I went to Customer Service Recovery Express-Sants, requesting a bond exchange. I answered that they would like to give it to me, but puedían. We must apply at the arrival station at the same time.Castellbisbal I replied that nobody was there. Then I pointed to a role, with an Internet address, saying that now the complaints should be sent there. In customer service told me that Cercanías Renfe's not your affair. It seems outrageous.
It is not always fair to complain:

In response to the letter "LM" Day 13 that complained about the inconvenience we caused the retrarsos commuter service due to a coil at Cornell. I was on that train.
This lady would advise, to feel the vibration produced by the wheels of a wagon while skew a person's life, he tried not to look under the train to get off knowing what was underneath, who dared to make eye absent from train driver, seconds after the outrage, to look through their eyes, to imagine the call he received the boy's mother to explain why today his son would not eat at home, nor tomorrow, nor the rest of his life. Poor thing, "LM", who arrived an hour late for work and had to pay from his pocket a ticket from an area.
Thank you for understanding
16/01/2009 ARAs a member of the group of drivers Renfe train, I express my gratitude to Juan Jesus, for his letter published on the 14th and headed I was on the train that caused the problem, their understanding to an event as tragic and unfortunate the winding of a person.
Users should understand that, in situations how are you, there is a binding protocol as stop the train, care for the injured and in case of death, awaiting the intervention of the judiciary.
This entails a time-out and therefore the trains at that point can not move. Needless to say I have, the psychological trauma of the driver is going to suffer for a while and that this tragedy and will never forget her, not forgetting the family of the person concerned.
We understand the disorder that causes a delay in rush hour as the tragedy happened at Cornell and try to standardize the service as soon as possible, but society must understand that the uncertainties are difficult to solve and that, to episodes like these we all become victims.
